  • Extremely effective “Demand Ventilation” option for efficiently managing the operation and energy usage requirements of the Kitchen Ventilation System.
  • System is designed to regulate the speed of your fans, both exhaust and supply, based on heat and operational temperatures within the capture area of the Exhaust Hood.
  • The DECU saves money for the restauranteur both in the short term and long term, making it the most efficient demand ventilation unit on the market.
  • The DECU can be installed by running one power source to the panel thus simplifying electrical installation. This reduces field questions and installation time.

Roof Curbs

Prefabricated steel curbs for all roof top equipment to ensure correct support structure. Available for flat, pitched roofs with or without insulation. Custom roof curbs – flat or pitched.

Make-up Air Unit

The design of the make-up air system will have the single largest affect on the hood performance. Make-up air is dedicated to “making up” the air being exhausted. Make-up air is introduced into the kitchen at an equal rate to the air being exhausted by the kitchen hood.

Direct Fired Gas Unit

Model D-DG is a 100% efficient direct gas-fired heating make-up air unit. Capacities from 800 to 13,000 CFM with 100% fresh air heated by either natural or LP gas. Available options include cooling coils and well as evaporative media. Standard featur

Indirect Fired Heater

Tempered unit ideally suited for applications were direct fired system is not allowed. Model DIG features 70% efficient indirect gas fired furnace. Heating capacities range from 100,000 to 500,000 BTU/Hr. A flexible design concept enables each product to be customized for its application.
